5. Payment Terms

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. Domain registrations and setup fees are non-refundable.
5.3 Late Payments
Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or termination. We reserve the right to charge late fees for overdue accounts.
6. Service Levels and Availability
We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Force majeure events
- Third-party service failures
- Issues caused by user actions or content
7. Data and Backups
While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of your data and content. We are not liable for any data loss.
8. Resource Usage
We enforce resource limits to ensure fair usage for all clients. Excessive resource usage may result in:
- Temporary service restriction
- Requirement to upgrade to a higher plan
- Service suspension for abuse
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your content. By using our services, you grant us a license to host, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our services.
All Devoster intellectual property, including our platform, software, and branding, remains our exclusive property.
10. Termination
10.1 Termination by You
You may cancel your services at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless within the money-back guarantee period.
10.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or for non-payment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devoster shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Third-party actions or content
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devoster from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Devoster maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding phishing, fraud, and abuse. Any account found hosting phishing content will be immediately suspended without notice and may be reported to relevant authorities.
